The ISKY Mesa rests on sheer sandstone cliffs over 1,000 ft. (304 m.) beyond surrounding terrain.
Every overlook offers a new perspective of the landscape.

• Absorb tremendous views in every direction along the paved, scenic drive into the Island in the Sky (ISKY) district of Canyonlands National Park.
• Traverse “the neck” connecting ISKY to the mainland.
• Recommended (but optional) half-mile roundtrip hike to iconic Mesa Arch & canyon overlook.

HIKE HIGH MESA LOOP:
Hike a beautiful stem/loop trail that follows the edge around the top of a mesa. Pro-tip: hike this one at sunset for optimal views, & remember flashlights to light the path back at dusk.

• Not inside a national park.
• Approximately 2 miles, with +/-200 feet of elevation.
• Moderate difficulty.
• Allow 3 hours for drive time and hiking.

SLOT CANYON HIKE:
This rugged trail gets right to business with a quick scramble & some elevation. Navigate a narrow slot & follow a gorgeous waterway down. OK, so it’s not Blue John Canyon, but it does have a chockstone.

• Not inside a national park.
• Approximately 1.5 miles, with +/-200 feet of elevation.
• Moderate to difficult trail.
• Hike begins with a scramble followed by swift vertical gain.
• Once up, hikers skirt a bench & enter a wide canyon that narrows to about a 10 ft. slot.
• Follow an alternate route down, along a waterway.

HIGH DESERT JEEPING 101:
This is a great way to learn the capabilities of your new Jeep, and discover skills
you didn’t know you possessed. Nervous spouses welcome!

• After a safety briefing, follow your guide in your own personal 4WD vehicle, or a rental Jeep, for a 4-6 hour motor adventure.
• We will provide you with basic vehicle instruction & guidance on how to drive over obstacles, up & down hills and over various terrain.
• We will be in constant communication with provided walkie-talkies.
• If you do not own a 4WD, we can assist you with a local rental.

HELL’S REVENGE PRIVATE JEEP TOUR:
This trip is truly a Moab must-do, but not for the faint of heart, as we ascend & descend slickrock fins & domes at unbelievable angles. We will stop at several scenic overlooks & take in some amazing geological & paleontological resources.

• Your guide will pick you up at your lodging in a custom-built Jeep Wrangler for a 2- to 3-hour real-deal excursion.
• The default vehicle for this tour is a lifted four-door Jeep Wrangler with enclosed top & doors & climate control.
• Jeep seats the driver plus one passenger in front & 3 passengers in the second row bench seat.
• Bear in mind that seating will be cozy with multiple large/tall passengers.
• This trip can be booked for morning, midday or at sunset.
• Not recommended for expectant mothers or people suffering from chronic back/neck issues or motion sickness.
